A very dangerous piece of equipment used by Albreckt von Treileben and Andreas Peckell to recover 50 of the guns of the Vasa in 1664 from Stockholm harbour at a depth of 32 meters (100 ft).

Notes: The divers had only a few minutes to do their work in almost total darkness with no wetsuits or face masks to complete their work before the air bubble trapped under the bell ran out.
