The Canyonlands

Canyonlands National Park is one of the iconic landscapes of the western U.S. Unfortunately, I had never had the opportunity to to visit until this month. The views were breathtaking. To shoot this photo, we hiked along the edge of a cliff for about a quarter mile. Two thousand feet below is the bottom of Buck Canyon. I am fully satisfied I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful place.
