A slow shutter speed, with the lens held on a moving subject, makes that subject stand out against a unique streaky background. Demonstrate your ability to keep a steady hand while panning an object in motion ... and there should be lots and lots of motion and blur in your image.

No watermarks or borders.

No restrictions.

There should be PLENTY of streaky background to demonstrate the motion in the image.

Tokyo bicycle panning

I was walking very close to the bicycle passage and what attract my attention was the cover for the hands that the most of the bike had... so I tried to shoot a passage of them
