Post a pic from a trek. It can be a trek through a forest, a trek in the high mountains, a climb on a summit, basically anything that envolves sheer muscle power. No "bicycle trips" allowed. Only pure trekking/mountaineering.

1. Picture must be taken while you are on the trek. For example campsite pics, pics of the trails, pics of you on a trail, pics of a summit taken from the trail2. If you post a zoom shot of a distant peak without showing the "path" or the route, it will be disqualified.
