Tribute to George Hurrell

George Hurrell's photos of movie stars and other celebrities defined "glamor" and "star" for decades. His unique use of lighting instantly together with careful posing identifies his photos as well as provided the inspiration for countless other photographers. So this is a true challenge: submit portraits which capture the essence of George Hurrells lighting style. Yes, I know this will limit some people who don't have access or knowledge of such advanced lighting techniques. But with a little research and know how you'd be surprised how you can emulate Hurrell's lighting set ups with minimum equipment, including do it yourself gear.
