Using incandescent white balance for daylight shots can result in that gorgeous blue. Therefore, shoot an entry in incandescent WB to get that gorgeous blue. No human/ no close-up/ no macros please. Have fun

Don't cut out the background.
It's ok to change the contrast, lightness etc to make the blue pop.
But please don't change the hue (say from a yellow shot) just to achieve the blue.
Also no blue filters please.

As the sun started setting, the forest I was in started to become somewhat...unsettling. The shot was taken in the absolute middle of nowhere in the Michigan Upper Peninsula. I actually desaturated the blues substantially in my image...they were too overpowering before.
