Twice each year in the spring and fall the Amish in the Central region of Pennsylvania come together with the public to hold an event that is intended to raise money for the “Beaver Run” Amish school. The event draws hundreds of Amish families and many farmers and the general public. There are numerous simultaneous auctions running from sunrise to late in the afternoon.
