This dandelion seed was catched by a thread of an old spiderweb.

Shutter speed:	1/160 sec

Notes:	Picture is made with Tamron 90mm macro lens, two extension tubes, a macro ring flash and tripod. It was hard to get a sharp picture of the seed because the wind was blowing the seed out of focus all the time. Focus is manual. Image processing with Captue NX2.

The rules clearly states "part of a flower", which it is, Right?
Hence the pic is according to the rules...

Why wasn't it disqual by the host before the voting stage........ Not bitchin bout the pic winning but it aint no flower or a leaf. Perhaps seeds and seed pods could be a challenge.

That's what was my first thougt when I saw the winning photo. And it is not even sharp. Nowhere.
