Not an especially great picture, but an experiment with macro: Double lens reverse macro with the canon 18-55IS kit reversed at 18mm onto 55-250IS @250mm for a magnification of ~14X, or about 1mm vertical FOV. The setup was supported over a semi-dismantled microscope so that the sample (some root cells) could be brough into focus with precision and illuminated by the microscope light, however none of the microscope optics were used, just the lenses mounted on the camera
