The start an end of US involvement in WW-II captured in this shot from the motor launch as I departed the Arizona Memorial. The battleship on the left is the USS Missouri, where the treaty ending the war with Japan was signed. (Capture date is incorrect -- actual capture date was in May of 2007.)
