This radio was manufactured by the Zenith Radio Corp. Chicago Illinois. I had found it at a garage sale with several coats of white paint on it. After getting it working again, I refinished it as you see it. It wasn't until may years later and this challenge that I found out that the "W" in the model number indicated "white" and that there was also a model 5D2611 that was woodgrain and looked very much like this.
