Name of the building? Well, it does not have one, AFAIK. And location? Somewhere on the Baltic sea coast. Actually, about 80 yards from my balcony. But it is a building (though not as posh as those in other submissions), it is illuminated (though not excessively and not necessarily on purpose), it is captured at night, and it does exist, believe me.
