Shame that pic using the most technical skill and creativity came in 8th. Maybe... a girl with longer hair or a wig so it trails in the water? That'd be awesome.

I would have liked the subject framed diagonally in order to express dinamicity but i know that's pretty hard to do underwater :) Cherrios !
