A long standing tradition in Hackensack NJ is the "Clinton Place Houses" in which homeowners decorate their homes along the street. The street is closed every night for a week to allow the large amount of families to enjoy the decorations. Several home owners have charity boxes donating money to their favorite causes and passers by are encouraged to donate.
