This monument is one of the finest new additions in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan. The four arches represent the four provinces of Pakistan. Every arch representing each province has unique artwork engraved (slightly visible in this picture) showing respective province's history, culture or images of famous personalities. Picture was taken right after a drizzle.
