The description of the photo says it all. The painter in the photo sees it differently from how "normal" people see the view. The regular yellow hue of the sun rays was interpreted with bright colors from the painting. The painter manipulates the view with his tools.

Here comes *us* photo lovers and photographers, we have the digital media to interpret the photo no matter how we want (Or how cheap we can be ;)... no body is forcing anyone to use any software to manipulate a photo. I personally have been opposed to digital manipulations before but how now come to embrace the advantage it gives.

One thing I learned is that a good Photo can become great with just minor corrections. Good luck with your photos.

If this grossly manipulated image is what we are to accept as "photography", there will be many people who'll simply give up entering these challenges. That would be a shame.
