One of a dozen photographs grabbed by window light over a 40-second period with the child moving, this image suffered from blown highlights, a blurred object in the foreground, and distracting background. It was straightened and cropped, highlights were recovered to the extent possible, light values and contrast were adjusted, colors were selectively saturated, totally blown areas were colored in, the irises were lightened, the background was darkened and the image was vignetted.
