Among my favorites photographers known for this genre are Willy Ronis and Henri Cartier-Bresson.

This was taken in benaras/varanasi, one of the holiest cities in India. It was taken just after the sunrise and I was photographing the Ghats (bathing places). As I was using a wide angle lens, this man was not aware that he was in the picture.
