Keep it simple, use bokeh creatively or just knock out the background, whichever you prefer. Extra adoration for exotic lenses. Bokeh must be natural, as in produced by the lens, not in post processing (we'll be looking closely at the aperture used).

Interpret the word 'repetition' in any way you see fit. But it must not be by post-processing, for example cloning or mirroring, but in a single original shot. And, as usual, no borders.

B&W Film Grain

Nothing can beat the effect of film grain on a Black and White image. It coverts the photograph into a timeless piece of art. Film had a distinct advantage over digital when it came to grain, as digital noise didnt give the same effect. But with advanced image-editing softwares and plug-ins its possible to replicate the effect.

A simple concept, but not necessarily all that easy in execution. In this challenge you have to interpret a song title in a single image. But that interpretation has to stand up on its own - no additional explanation is allowed. Anything goes in post processing - montage, selective colouring, you name it (but no borders) - and you can raid your full back catalogue. But let's see something more imaginative than just 'Brown Eyed Girl'; oh and anything called 'Happy Birthday' will be disqualified.
