Let it say, "This is what touching is" to us.
Winner: Falling with style
UFO - Unidentified Flying Objects Challenge finished on Monday, 19 Sep 2011 Seeking for objects that are "on the air" but are not designed for that scope; for instance, a book coming out of a window while still flying (some one is having a big discussion...?). Be careful: objects with wings are NOT allowed, as well as any kind of animal or human being (at least as the main subject). The object(s) is to be clearly separated from any link to the ground or to people (otherwise the definition of "flying" would have no sense...), so for instance kites are NOT allowed.
Winner: Pakhawaj (Indian percussion instrument)

Animal Colours : Birds, The same but different ! [ eligibility and rules below, dont make me DQ you for the sake of a few moments to read the rules ] Challenge finished on Sunday, 18 Sep 2011 Lets see your best shots of any species of birds of which at least two are completely different colourings to each other. Most commonly if of the same species would mean male and female as one is often differently coloured to the other, or young and adult of which the young has not yet developed adult colouring/plumage, however, same species is not mandatory for this challenge, its different colouring between at least two birds within shot that matters. Also same pattern type but of different colouring is absolutely fine. If there are three or more in the photo of the same species as long as one is a different colouring to however any others in shot thats absolutely fine. If unsure of any of the rules please do ask.
