Wrinkles in Nature Challenge finished on Saturday, 18 Jun 2016 This challenge is to showcase the interesting examples you have of natural wrinkles, or folds in our environment. You can think big, (geological folds in the earth's crust from millions of years ago), or you can think very small, (insects' wings still wrinkled when they hatch.) Or maybe in between, with wrinkled leaves, flower petals, the skin of animals or birds... Please no humans, dogs, cats or birds which have lost their freedom. Make sure your entry is 1,600px MAXIMUM on its longer side. DPR does NOT resize your photos for you. You need to do this yourself BEFORE you enter a challenge. Entrants with oversize photos will not be invited to re-submit them. Ensure the correct size the first time.
