- The Green Scenery - (Full Colours Only + Border, Title) Challenge finished on Thursday, 27 Jun 2013 Take a dayshot city scenery dominated by lots of green leaves. Put a Border and Title on the photograph itself. The shot may have some people but they should be few or small in size. Photo can be taken with any camera, i.e DSLR, SLR, Mirrorless, Compact, Smartphone, etc... Sunset/sunrise shots are acceptable provided they are not those silhouette type of shots.

Nepal--anything goes Challenge finished on Thursday, 27 Jun 2013 For this challenge, since relatively few travelers get to this amazing country, you can enter portraits (any type), nature, culture, architecture, etc. Anything that captures the spirit of Nepal in your eyes. Please, enter images that you've not already used in prior challenges . . . let's see something fresh and new from you. (I will likely depend on help from other challenge participants in tracking down violators. So, images that are repeats could be DQ'd at any time . .. even after the challenge ends!) Entrants are required to (1) vote for each other entry, (2) read the comments (if any) below this challenge, in case I or other entrants post with Rules questions or clarifications, and (3) follow each of the challenge rules.

Magazine editorial: Philately will get you nowhere Challenge finished on Wednesday, 26 Jun 2013 A well respected writer is doing a nostalgic piece on stamp collecting; the author spent years collecting volumes of stamps and now they just sit in the attic. The publishers need a image of something stamp related. It can be stamps in a book, stamps on an envelope, stamps under a magnifying glass, anything that clearly shows one or more stamps. They prefer stamps that look very old, but recognize that a new issue is perfectly acceptable also.

WildAnimals: Battle Challenge finished on Wednesday, 26 Jun 2013 Photos must contain animals in conflict. The battle can be one sided, like a predator hunting the prey, or two sided. Also, there can be more than two animals in it. Birds, insects underwater creatures are allowed too. As long as they are alive and are not humans.
