First of all, the monument must be MAM MADE....So images of Half Dome or Ayers Rock are OUT! (You will get your turn next week). SO, Lets see some great monuments that can be found world wide. For example, The Hoover Dam, The Pyramids of Giza, Leaning Tower of Piza, Big Ben, etc etc. If your monumental monument is not as momentous as those suggested then try a camera angle that makes them larger than life...Remember, Add a border, and a title watermark...Follow the rules, or else your leaning tower of a photo may be toppled. VSCO FILM 04: Slide Films Challenge finished on Friday, 21 Aug 2015 The idea for this challenge is to edit photos using the VSCO film preset 04. The subject is open but this film preset is geared towards slide film/landscape photography. So although it can be used to edit any photo landscape shots may be the best to yield the greatest results. Must have the original and the edited photo posted side by side. Filter Hack! Portraits using some sort of filter hack Challenge finished on Thursday, 20 Aug 2015 Create an image with a hack filter. This could be the old Vaseline trick, or lace etc draped over your lens. It could be a plastic bag on the end of your lens (clear, opaque etc...experiment with this) . Different materials yield different results. Get out there, research and experiment!
