Moss Challenge finished on Saturday, 15 Feb 2014 In this challenge, show us interesting and beautiful mosses; the beauty and details found in their textures, and colours. These are some of the very earliest plant-life of the ancient world, and there are known to be at least 12,000 species. The mosses should be outside in their natural environment. Macro and close-up photos are welcome. (Lichens, which have different botanical structures have had their own challenge several weeks ago.)
