Reptiles and Amphibians up close Challenge finished on Tuesday, 21 Jul 2015 The idea of this challenge if for the photographer to get down and dirty trying to find these animals in their habitat. This challenge is meant to show off how beautiful the natural world is and all the creatures living in it. I also want it to help bring to light that amazing creatures are right in your backyard and to hopefully help inspire people to go out and look for them and protect them. With our natural world rapidly decline it is important to know who you share your space with so when they're in trouble, you'll know.
Tilt Shift Challenge finished on Tuesday, 21 Jul 2015 Tilt–shift photography is the use of camera movements on small- and medium-format cameras, and sometimes specifically refers to the use of tilt for selective focus, often for simulating a miniature scene.
Expecting Challenge finished on Tuesday, 21 Jul 2015 In this challenge, show the viewers how lovely maternity photographs can be. I don't think enough people really can "see" the wonder, beauty, and joy that there is while expecting a child. So, this challenge has been set forth to show the viewers just that! There should be an element of love that can be seen and felt. Be creative! Show the expectant mother in the best of light. Color and Black & White are acceptable. Any medium can be used. Size of entry: 1,600px MAXIMUM on the longer side please. No watermarks or borders on the photos. Please keep post processing natural and to a minimum. Nudity is allowed if tasteful.

Runners face Challenge finished on Monday, 20 Jul 2015 My nickname comes from my passion for marathon and ultramarathon. They're very intense moments, and emotional intensity is often reflected in runners face. Try to catch it, and submit it in color or B&W, as you prefer. The subject must be portrayed while running, allowed portrait formats range from headshot to waist-up. Sample image provides an example of the widest crop allowed. As usual, PP is to be avoided.
-The Farmer- (in Full Colours Only) Challenge finished on Monday, 20 Jul 2015 Take a dayshot of one or more than one human adult(s) who farms for a living. Face of the main subject as well as the product that they are selling must be the evident. Photo can be taken with any camera. Sunset/sunrise shots are acceptable provided they are not those silhouette type of shots.
Winner: Leopard's Impala Feast
All tuckered out Challenge finished on Monday, 20 Jul 2015 Show a photo of one or more subjects (human or animal) enjoying a well-earned nap from some hard work. The key point here is HARD WORK, and it should be obvious from your image WHY the subject is really tired! A photo of your dog sleeping in front of the fireplace is not acceptable, however a photo of him sleeping beside a large hole he just dug is fine. A photo of someone sleeping in bed is not acceptable without further context being visible in the photo, but a photo of a gardener napping in a lawn chair in his dirty overalls is great.
