Inside the frame? Inside the park? Inside the country? Inside the biosphere of the planet earth? meh. We are always inside something :)

Just think of "inside" as another way of saying "in it", then the sentence becomes: Photo must have at least 2 people in it.

Sorry for being unspecific. To answer the common questions:
1) Friends include anything thats alive. So animals are allowed.
2) At least 2 friends means there can be more.

but you were specific .. are you now changing the rules halfway through the challenge? You specifically said two people

Thats what I intended at first, both people. But there was a high demand for other types of friends mostly animals and some even toys. So I guess I allowed anything thats alive.
