We see them done in color all the time and I may add a color version only of this challenge sometime in the future but this challenge is for BLACK and WHITE ONLY. Show full rules Announced: Tuesday, 11th December, 2012 (GMT) Submissions: Tuesday, 18th December, 2012 – Monday, 24th December, 2012 (GMT) Voting: Tuesday, 25th December, 2012 – Monday, 31st December, 2012 (GMT) Processing rules: Besides the black and white conversion, please keep it to a minimum. You can do the following. 1. Adjust exposure and contrast OK 2. You can remove distracting features (includes people, branches, etc...) 3. NO artificial reflections, all reflections must be captured by the camera, not created by post-processing. 4. No HDR 5. Adjust tones using various filters and histogram adjustments OK. Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: 1. NO PEOPLE 2. 1600 Max pixels along the long edge 3. Black and white photos only 4. Must be "lake" reflections which means no pools, fountains, oceans, seas, kitchen sinks, etc.. Maximum number of entries per user: 1 Maximum number of entries in challenge: 100
