The client is a financial institution seeking to attract comuting customers. They want a vertical image that exemplifies wealth without being humorous, corny or "over the top." In other words, they're looking for a serious image that will encourage new clients to sign up for their services.

I have seen a number of challenges like this that state, "client wants...". Does the winner get paid for the use of his/her image or does the client get to use it for free?

If you look at jezsik's challenge series, called 'The Art Director,' (of which this 'Bus Shelter poster :Wealth' is #97,) you'll see that he is just using this idea as a challenge theme. No, no money is going to change hands! This, and all the challenges are designed for our enjoyment and fun. Otherwise, we wouldn't be spending so much time here.
