I've been having numerous blood noses lately, but I don't think that's very photogenic..... :-(

I guess a suggestive image of blood will suffice, i.e. an image of a C-section operation ? But with the shade covering/hiding the blood or the operation, i think the idea was to "evoke" feelings of a bloody activity. :) Oh well let us see, I still can't think of something that wont be disgusting.
