Magazine article: Amazing miniatures

I regret not having sample images for this challenge as quite a few people are unfamiliar with miniatures. We're not looking for small objects, but things like "elaborate doll houses, dioramas, models and architectural mock-ups." So, you need something that is a bona fide miniature. Next, you need to present that miniature in a realistic way, as if it was NOT a miniature. This means getting a low angle and placing the object in such a fashion as you might approach it full size. Finally, you have to compose and light the miniature. Straight-on flash is terrible so use side lighting and maybe try diffusing your light source (I can provide tips if you're serious).
