Some entries look like they may be taken with micro 4/3 mount lenses rather than 4/3 as specified in the rules

I think the rule does not exclude m4/3 which is part of the 4/3 family.

The rules call for out of camera jpeg. What if we only have the raw file?

Same question here! What about raw images that were processed "as hot"?

The only way to check if no post-processing took place, is to look in the EXIF data of the picture. There a signature is found of the post-processing software. If you shoot in RAW, your picture will always have this signature and I can not tell the difference. But since many contestants has violate this rule, I would say: just ignore it. I won't DQ no one for this.
