City Street in Desperate Need of Repair, Residential, Commercial or Industrial. No Alleys or Dirt Roads

Disqualified for posting the crumbling support structure/underside of a city street? Talk about freedom of creative vision...feel better about your photos when you appoint yourself the right to thin out the competition on a whim?

If you're feeling so unimaginative, how are cobblestones, wet gutters, train tracks, snowy walkways or floods in any way relevant to this challenge, either?
