There is nothing in the rules stating that there has to be a human in the picture!!!!!!!!!!!! Follow the rules you gave us!!!!!!!!!!

The first sentence of the description says "portrait of a windbag" So unless your shot is of a person "being" a wind bag, an inflated balloon, a hessian bag filled with air, or something such like, it doesn't qualify.
