I can mention that all boats that are not rowed I have given 0,5 stars for this challenge. There are actually a few that are paddled and not rowed.

The limit is shown as 100 entries and the number of entries as 99. I have just tried to enter a photograph of a genuine rowing boat and it has been refused. Why?

Those that are not rowing boats are disqualified. If you notice some that I have not identified, I would be glad if you could enter a complaint to the related entry

Is a dingy with oars considered as a rowboat?

if the picture shows the oars and/or their usage, yes, I will consider them as rowboats however, I assume, they may score low at the voting process

You dismissed my post "stern" because there not would be a rowboat.
I sent a private message with link to see a complete picture of the boat (very similar to your example) and you can see that his judgment was wrong, so I ask to you include that flies again in your challenge.

In the common vernacular, the term "rowboat" most commonly refers to working class boats that are propelled by oars. Absent any stated restrictions though, I would assume that this challenge includes all boats that are rowed, including, e.g., racing shells. Is that correct? Also, unless otherwise stated, I would assume that canoes, kayaks, and SUP's -- all of which are paddled, not rowed -- would be excluded. Is that correct?
