can you tell if he gave high points to one person?... If so, it's himself with different ID and you don't need more to kick him out!

In fact, this ID number voted 0.5 for all entries, except for 2 entries for which s/he voted 1 and for 1 entry for which s/he voted 1.5 and s/he did not vote at all for 1 entry... So, for the sake of reasonable doubt, I will not declare the name but I will keep tracking that user in all the challenges I host and in case I notice the repetition of such fraudulent behaviour, I will declare it

I believe it is very usefull and important for all hosts to be in touch together and exchange all these information. If other hosts notice the same behaviour from the same people, then there is something serious to be conserned about.
