An another thing, how does image #16 fits into " The Hardcore Street: Hookers, Bums, And Junkies" category? Shame! and poor host's monitoring, despite the fact that he/she received complaints.

This is a cheap and nasty dig at societies most vulnerable people, you should have included mental illness in the criteria, why blur the lines?. Well done DPreview you have sunk to a new low with this one.

Maybe a display of people with mental illnesses, separate from those who may have a mental illness and displayed in this challenge, will be on the agenda for the next challenge?

It's anyone's guess at this point as to how low they are striving to go.
