Being a newbie on the site, I must say this challenge has discouraged me from bothering to enter anymore challenges. While the top 10 are justifiable, with the subject of "Fun in the Sun" I fail to understand how 2 children smiling and having a water fight at the end of a hose places 8 spots behind a worker unloading entire truck load of ice with his bare hands. Other higher finishers include skies that are clearly over-cast, or sun has set and subject is walking away - fun is finished?

Alfred, when you suggest "Max size 1600 x 1600 pixels"; does it mean shots should be square?

No, it just means that either side shouldn't be longer than 1600 pixel. Both rectangle and square are fine. I should have made it more explicit in the rules.
