I am shocked and amazed that there are no photos of American cities here. What gives? Anti-American sentiment? We already apologized for that business back there, and also that other thing. And, well, maybe there was one or two smaller things.

Just google the title to avoid been pin as ignorant, it does not look very nice to be disqualified due to the host ignorance or laziness. I like your challenges because you do not put any restrictions as for "rules". There are too many out there: capture date, size, ratio, pixel, you name it. But really, this one, it blows my top. Photography is about images not words.

OED defines a city as "a town with special rights given by charter and containing a cathedral". Tricky one this..
