360 Panoramas

I realize that polar panoramas were allowed for this challenge, but many of these entries are polar *and* mirrored, which means they aren't even close to 360 degrees- more like 180. You can see very clearly buildings and trees that are repeating and/or mirrored. It takes a great deal of effort to make a full 360 polar pano work, not to mention an actual stereographic projection of a spherical panorama(or non-pinched, as you wrote), so I don't think it's fair to all involved that these entries were not disqualified. I tried to help sort out which of these entries were clearly against the rules, but my flags were ignored and even allowed to take second place.

I see that this complaint may make me sound like a sore loser, but honestly, I care a lot more about the integrity of such challenges rather than receiving a virtual trophy. Anyone have these concerns or was it just me?
