Were the votes skewed due to the high number of entries? Personally I think the top 3 are poor images.
To me the image that finished 4th is stronger and received ten less votes than the winner.

My heart goes to the voters. They are most of all great, but the number is too big, maybe should be split next time into II & III. No? It is a great one anyways.

This means that pictures taken with a "normal" lens and e.g. a close-up filter or extension tubes to achieve macro magnification levels are also allowed?
