First of all, I would have been sincerely sorry if you couldn't participate to this challenge, but taking in consideration that you wouldn't… I'll just take note of your assertion. Second, I'm glad that you find this series interesting.
The point in disqualifying only after the submission is closed is that IMO the "DQ" should be a not-reversible action. I only post an advice to members for checking their submission. Personally, I think that if (for any reason) someone should be DQ, it's when he/she is “playing the game” not before. I'm not worried about the not eligible entries because I don’t want to have more than 40 entries, so I set the maximum to 50 submissions calculating the eventual disqualifications. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I’m not, who can say? I'm glad for all who submits my challenges, I’m sorry for whom who cannot, but I'm not forcing anyone to do so. Anyway, I like your photos and I hope to have you in one of my future challenges.
