Summers are for cruising in you custom car, on your bike or in a vintage machine. This challenge is for your best pictures taken at your local cruise night hangout. The car/bike should be in the picture, but any photo you feel best illustrates what a cruise night is what we are looking for.

Please note, I have had a couple of complaints that some of the photos are not taken at night. Cruise Night, at least around me, start in the late afternoon, say 5 PM and then last until about 9 PM, so for a while it is light. You can see that in the sample photo I uploaded. So there is no need to the shots to be taken at night and I am sorry if anyone was confused about the challenge.

OK - but if a picture is not clearly indicating it is night, then pls. take into consideration exif data and disqualify all pictures which were taken before, say 5, 4 or 3 p.m. (is 3 p.m. "night-enough"?)

There must be some boundary if it is to be a challenge with "night" in the subject!

Well, according to Wikipedia night time is when the sun is below horizon, and in my opinion even the sample picture is not night time.
