The picture must have snow . . if not it should be DQed . . . that is simple and fair.

Comments do not constitute part of the rules as they can be added or subtracted by the Host . . they would make the rules a moving target day by day . . that would be unfair.

With 51 entries in, frost is ahead of snow and ice by 43 to 8. I have some ice and snow shots, but think I'll not enter. The voters will likely see the title 'frost' and give their 'point fives' to anything that isn't. Too bad about the confusing directions. I know the host has clarified in the challenge comments, but voters may not read it.

If it's just snow then the title is extremely misleading. From that I'd assume no snow, as frost doesn't fall from the sky (captain obvious). :) I'd like the host to clarify this too.

No, you can have ice, snow, slush, sleet. anything that you would find in the winter. Sorry about the confusion!
