I was trying to do something with a candle for this challenge, and I was holding a very nice magnifying glass angled over it, but while I was focusing on the candle, the rim of the magnifier caught fire, melting, dripping and burning. I was not fast enough to capture that, as my instincts kicked in and I ran to the sink to put it out. I was so close!

and so I have no entry and I'll just be voting on this one :)

....outdoors you say? Well photoman, I certainly hope you had an appropriate fire permit and gave some thought to avoiding potential bushfires, man !!!

Don't play with fire people (unless you know what you're doing). Innocent native animals' lives are at stake.
