Pardon me but the description of the challenge needs heavy proofreading. I think you ment to say "who are suffering from lack or non acces to public health care"?. Please clarity is suffering here, it needs the host's care.

First people are mentioned. In the rules it says 'issue'. I've plenty of shots with a human health related issue ( i.e. air pollution) but not with people in them suffering from a human health problem.

Please be more specific. Thanks in advance.

I agree witih summicron as I understand laws in US are pretty strict re privacy and health, are they not?

Don't understand! Photography should cover something that is intense, creative and fun to watch. I don't think one would like to capture these moments.

Ever seen what kind of pictures win the Pullitzer prize? Remember the most famous shot after the nuclear bombing in Japan? Agony, pain, disaster, death and decease make the most intense pictures.
