A little American perspective: Octoberfest is seen as a uniquely German celebration. Therefore, I see the title as purely symbolic for celebrating things German. The description of the theme says celebrate German worker. German economy is the strongest in EU.

I think our German friends are reading more into it than there is.

As a German I think the title and its description are somehow misleading, e.g. what does Octoberfes, a 500 year old festivity, have to do with current "German industry and workmanship"? And waht is the idfeological backgrounbd of "Fatherland is back"?
I suspect that the authors are not quite clear waht to ask for. Or is it that some everlasting, may I say typical anglo-american cliches are to be served?

You should only read in what I wrote that it is to attract your attention and to enter the challenge. The title is deliberately misleading and "the Fatherland is back" is meant to be Germany is successful and whole (with East Germany).
Just for you, the title for my next challenge will be enough for anyone to know what type of pictures is required.

Given your rather sententious reply I still hold the association of Octoberfest and Germany´s supposed "wholeness ans sanity" a rather narrow perspective. Besides my fatherland´s momentary economic solidity to me seems to be a momentary and fragile view.

Anyway what is stopping you from entering an Octoberfest picture to celebrate German workers ?

Any other title and explanation reminding of German´s dark past ("fatherland") would be more appropriate. I just can´t see any connection between the drunken festivity in Munich and your supposed German "workers preventing an economic mess in Europe", if this should ever be true. I rather doubt it.

October 3 was Germany´s annual National Holiday, Day of Unity, and a more relevant title might have been "Happily united", although some Germans see it different.
Given Germany´s momentary solid economic state I want to stress that we don´t want to play any dominating, "heilbringende" role in Europe´s critical process of consolidation. Can you see that?
