All the submissions are not following the 1 second theme. Even though its not defined as a rule, but the theme clearly says 1 which is further highlighted by the sample posted by the host "1 second Chengdu"

But the images are stunning no doubt!

I think that is not a good practice to increase the maximum number of challenge entries when filled up and especally if this happens more than once.

It doesn't have to be one sec of exposure. A moviemaker doesn't need a lifetime to tell the lifestory of a famous person. As long as you can capture the essence of 1 sec on the street.
