Is there any rule here that a husband and wife uses 1 internet connection (of course) and (SAME PUBLIC IP) cannot upload their entry photos???

This is not a popularity contest. Inviting your internet friends to vote is inappropriate and gives you nothing back, We all have facebook friends. They are where they belong, which is not here.
