I can't upload a photo again from another challenge. (This is a new experience for me after entering many challenges.)

When I choose "enter" > (Now I get a tiny window that says) Submit photo to challenges > >>>
I follow the steps, but it doesn't let me upload the photo, but instead get the message "Click here to select a photo... > "No photo selected" and the upload choice is grayed out. My only choice is to click "close." When I do it goes to >Submint photo to challenges...
What's happening? Help!
