Use a fast shutter speed to freeze motion. It should be obvious that the subject is moving, but the majority of the image should be sharp.

I have a loose definition of a fast shutter speed for this challege - fast enough to freeze the motion. Any image is dependant on the combination of ISO, Shutter, Apeture and potentially flash. I am not going to DQ an image because the shutter speed was not the primary element they used to achieve their look. The intention of the challenge was to freeze the motion and how well that was achieved.

I am not after panning images (these will be disqualified for the majority of the image not being sharp). I don't mind DOF issues creating background details not to be in focus.
